{"id":10380,"date":"2025-11-30T12:41:52","date_gmt":"2025-11-30T09:41:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.csw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=10380"},"modified":"2025-12-01T12:48:22","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T09:48:22","slug":"the-continuing-education-unit-holds-a-workshop-on-financial-management-law-no-6-of-2019-and-its-significance-in-organizing-the-public-budget","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.csw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=10380","title":{"rendered":"The Continuing Education Unit Holds a Workshop on Financial Management Law No. (6) of 2019 and Its Significance in Organizing the Public Budget"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Science for Women at the University of Baghdad, Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim , the Continuing Education Unit organized a workshop entitled Financial Management Law No. (6) of 2019, presented by Dr. Abbas Hadi Abdul and Ms. Abir Mohammed Abbas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This law aims to regulate the process of collecting and disbursing public funds according to clear scientific and legal principles, emphasizing the obligation of ministries and governmental bodies to execute procurement and supply operations in accordance with the approved budget plan, while preventing any arbitrary or unauthorized expenditures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The law also focuses on promoting the principles of transparency, accountability, and anti-corruption by obliging governmental institutions to disclose their financial data and expenditure patterns periodically.
