{"id":10161,"date":"2025-10-29T09:46:53","date_gmt":"2025-10-29T06:46:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.csw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=10161"},"modified":"2025-11-16T09:53:05","modified_gmt":"2025-11-16T06:53:05","slug":"workshop-entitled-combating-extremism-through-digital-platforms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.csw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=10161","title":{"rendered":"workshop entitled \u201cCombating Extremism through Digital Platforms.\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Science for Women at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, the Career Development and Employment Unit organized a workshop entitled \u201cCombating Extremism through Digital Platforms.\u201d The workshop was presented by Dr. Abbas Hadi Abd, Head of the Claims Unit, and Ms. Abeer Mohammed Abbas, Head of Consultations in the Legal Division. It was held in the hall of the Career Development and Employment Unit, with the attendance of a number of faculty members, staff, and students of the college.<\/p>\n<p>The presenters indicated that digital platforms have become an essential part of daily life, and that the virtual world has transformed into an open space for the circulation of ideas of all kinds\u2014positive, as well as negative and harmful.
