The previous name of the unit since its inception is the engineering unit until its name was changed to the Reconstruction and Projects Unit under the university order No. 9552 on 19\/7\/2020, and it was directly linked to the Dean and currently, according to the new structure, it has become linked to the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs. The work of the unit continued with the same previous tasks by intensifying the efforts of its members to perform the tasks and duties entrusted to it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

Vision for the unit<\/div><\/span>
[vc_column_text css=””]The future visions of the department are to complete the rehabilitation of all existing college buildings and according to the requirements in terms of sustainability and efficiency of infrastructure and according to the plans prepared for that, as well as the maintenance and maintenance of the current buildings, which allows the college to improve the services of the scientific process and complete all the requirements of the colleges. [\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div>

    1. Preparing preliminary and planning studies for the college’s need for all existing buildings with their facilities and new ones in all their facilities and according to the laws and instructions in force.<\/li>\n
    2. Preparing studies and technical requirements in cooperation with the Department of Construction and Projects with regard to buildings and maintenance. And its constructional, architectural, mechanical, electrical, sanitary and air conditioning services.<\/li>\n
    3. Preparing the necessary engineering statements in cooperation with the Department of Construction and Projects for maintenance and rehabilitation of buildings and infrastructure of the college in all its buildings and the implementation of the work according to the implementation instructions of the secretariat.<\/li>\n
    4. Engineering and technical supervision, in cooperation with the Department of Construction and Projects, on the projects that are approved by the university, working within joint committees for the work that is implemented under the current budget (implementation of a secretariat), and participating in the supervision and receipt of the work carried out by the supporting bodies of the college and according to the laws and instructions in force.<\/li>\n
    5. Follow-up projects and prepare quarterly follow-up reports to indicate the rates of technical achievement and indicate any obstacles or problems that occur during the workflow and find appropriate solutions to them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
