The Secretariat Unit is linked to the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
\nThe Secretariat Unit performs all the administrative tasks of the assistant lady from the completion of the library work to implement the work plan in order to achieve the desired goals and ensure the speed of delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

  1. The Citizens Affairs Unit follows up the measures taken regarding citizens’ requests submitted to the Dean and responds to the requests submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research or to the Presidency of the University Office of the President of the University within a maximum period of three days.<\/li>\n
  2. The Citizens Affairs Unit organizes interviews with the Dean.<\/li>\n
  3. The Citizens Affairs Unit receives all complaints, requests and suggestions submitted by college employees (teachers and employees), students and all citizens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
