The secretariat of the Council is an administrative unit directly linked to the President of the University and is one of the important and sensitive positions that require that its employees be characterized by honesty and confidentiality and is concerned with obtaining approval on topics that fall within the authority of the President of the University and undertakes the preparation of paragraphs of the meetings of the College Council and then drafting the paragraphs of the minutes of the meeting and sending them to the university, where the College Council is the main detail to discuss appropriate solutions to scientific and administrative issues and problems facing the college and arrange the appropriate recommendation agreed upon by all or the majority of members The College Council so that it can be submitted to the Presidency of the University and obtain the original approvals for its implementation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

  1. One of the most important tasks and duties of the employees of the Secretariat of the Council is to approve the minutes of the scientific departments and refer their contents to the concerned parties to confirm the scientific and administrative opinion to then forget to make a recommendation regarding them after obtaining the approval of the members of the Council, as well as receiving the agenda and minutes of each session of the University Council and directing the college assistants to take the necessary measures regarding its paragraphs and circulating its directives to all members of the Council to forget in turn circulating it to their affiliates and in conclusion arranging and coordinating the priorities of the paragraphs to be presented to the members of the Council after that Arranging a record for the college after drafting what was discussed as recommendations and decisions and submitting it to the presidency of the university and then transferred to the assistants of the dean of the college to take the necessary measures regarding those paragraphs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
