The Information Technology Division is responsible for following up and providing Internet service and addressing all kinds of technical, technical and software problems for all computers and accessories in the college and providing all solutions to outstanding problems and preventing obstacles in front of employees for the sustainability and continuation of giving and technical and administrative work in the college.
\nIt is divided into three units, namely the Systems and Software Unit, the Computer and Network Maintenance Unit, the Website Unit<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The unit is concerned with designing programs and applications, as well as providing educational curricula and holding workshops and courses concerned with the programs needed by scientific departments and graduate students, which saves them effort and cost as it is provided free of charge with providing technical support to departments and divisions And units when using modern software and systems contribute to the development of work<\/p>\n

[vc_column_text css=””]This unit is responsible for managing, following up and developing the college’s website by following up and publishing activities, events and details of all college joints, and thus it represents the gateway and access to all college information, especially female students, through which the tables are viewed. Computer and Network Maintenance Unit<\/div><\/span>
[vc_column_text css=””]include a range of activities to ensure that devices and networks work properly and securely, and these activities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Checking and repairing desktop and laptop devices and replacing damaged components<\/li>\n
  2. Inspect and repair regular and color printers to ensure they work efficiently<\/li>\n
  3. Managing, installing and setting up networks, monitoring their work and solving problems related to communication<\/li>\n
  4. Providing technical support to users to solve problems related to software and hardware and guiding users on how to use the systems correctly<\/li>\n
  5. Install and update software and operating systems and ensure that all software is up to date and apply antivirus software<\/li>\n
  6. Preparing reports on the status of the devices periodically and documenting all the procedures that have been carried out and these tasks are carried out to ensure the efficient operation of the work environment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
