The Student Affairs Division for Preliminary Studies is the initial gateway to the stage of starting and testing university life and building a promising future that serves the community and keeps pace with the scientific process of the country.<\/p>\n

It is responsible for accepting students in the college for the two studies (morning and evening) and takes care of their affairs during the academic years and after their graduation<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Division Units<\/div><\/span>
[vc_column_text css=””]1- Admission and Registration Unit<\/strong>: It includes accepting students, preparing a file for them, and everything that includes orders (success, failure, postponement, registration numbering) and others, and issuing identities.
\n2- File Unit<\/strong>: It includes students’ files, coordination and saving matters for each student from orders to endorsements and others.
\n3- Documents and Validity of Issuance Unit<\/strong>: It includes the issuance of endorsements and documents and graduation for students after graduation, as well as the procedure for the validity of the issuance of documents. [\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div>

  1. Issuance of graduation documents: <\/b><\/span>The Division of Student Affairs of Preliminary Studies provides students with graduation documents in Arabic and English and wall certificates.<\/li>\n
  2. Issuing orders for the financial grant: <\/strong><\/span>The Division of Preliminary Studies Student Affairs issues orders for the government financial grant granted to eligible students in accordance with the instructions.<\/li>\n
  3. Issuance of Identities<\/strong>: The Division of Student Affairs of Preliminary Studies issues special identities and university bags.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Providing students with official books<\/strong>: The Division of Student Affairs of Preliminary Studies provides students with official books such as continuing to study to official and semi-official bodies.<\/li>\n
  5. Student Registration:<\/strong> The Division of Student Affairs of Preliminary Studies undertakes the task of receiving first-stage students in the college and registering them in accordance with the controls and instructions for central admission.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Issuing lists: <\/strong>The Division of Student Affairs of Preliminary Studies issues lists of admission, transfer, postponement, failure and registration numbering.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
