The Division of Human Resources Management is linked to the Office of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, as well as the link to the scientific departments, units and divisions of the college, and the work is characterized by executive in accordance with the controls, instructions and administrative laws in force for everything related to the college’s employees administratively and the adoption of the electronic system in the completion of administrative tasks and archiving since 2008, as the division’s female members have been trained and qualified to use the computer and the programs used.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\n1- Outgoing
\nUnit, 2- Staff Unit,
\n3- Retirement
\nUnit, 4- File Unit[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div>

  1. The files unit performs the task of saving and archiving all administrative orders within the files of the college’s employees, organizing them and adopting electronic archiving in keeping pace with the movement of administrative development.<\/li>\n
  2. The Retirement Unit carries out the task of all transactions of the National Retirement Authority and the preparation of records to organize the staff of the college according to the due dates of retirement.<\/li>\n
  3. The staffing unit undertakes the task of all administrative belongings of the college’s permanent and temporary staff of its work (promotion, bonus, placement, transfer of services, permanent and temporary appointments, placement, thanks and appreciation, granting university allocations, certificate, transfer and position).<\/li>\n
  4. The outgoing unit records and organizes the incoming mail to and from the college (on paper).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
