The Studies, Planning and Follow-up Division, in coordination with other college divisions, provides the university with the necessary data and statistics for the college and annual reports on the college’s staff and teachers, as well as the distribution of administrative tasks and powers according to the organizational structure. And organize the data of staff and teachers within a unified database.<\/p>\n

    1. Preparation of forms<\/strong>: In coordination with the Presidency of the University of Baghdad \/ Department of Studies and Planning to prepare forms for the development of divisions, administrative units and laboratories for scientific departments and issue administrative orders to do so.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Providing the Presidency of the University of Baghdad with data and statistics: <\/strong>The Studies, Planning and Follow-up Division, in coordination with the scientific departments, divisions and units of the college, provides the Presidency of the University of Baghdad with the necessary data and statistics for our college and prepares the university and technical specialization and the annual statistical report (includes tables and forms prepared by the Presidency of the University of Baghdad \/ Department of Studies and Planning, which concerns the data of teachers, employees and lecturers in the departments in detail and the return of students of preliminary and postgraduate studies and data related to all overall activities).<\/li>\n
    3. Organizing data<\/strong>: Organizing the data of teachers and employees within a unified database and updating it continuously to provide the college with any required information about the college staff and re-organizing the college that includes the human resources plan for our college.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
