was established in 2009. The Quality Assurance Division refers to the processes and procedures that systematically monitor various aspects of a process, service or facility to detect, correct and ensure that quality standards are met. It is often used interchangeably with quality control (QC), but quality assurance is a broader concept that includes all the policies and systematic activities carried out within a quality system.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Division Units<\/div><\/span>
[vc_column_text css=””]The Division is divided into the following units:<\/p>\n
    \n
  1. The Academic Accreditation Unit is based on the standards of academic and institutional accreditation.<\/li>\n
  2. The Educational Laboratories Quality Unit has a special work for the laboratories of all departments of our college.<\/li>\n
  3. Special Performance Evaluation Unit Evaluation of the Dean and evaluation of our faculty and staff in addition to the work of questionnaires.<\/li>\n
  4. The Quality Unit is concerned with academic description, improvement plan and Arab classification, in addition to various books on the Quality Unit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Tasks assigned<\/div><\/span>

    1. Maintaining and updating the database:<\/strong>The Quality and Performance Evaluation Division maintains and updates the database for each evaluation file and the files prepared by the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department\/University Presidency.<\/li>\n
    2. Conducting evaluation studies:<\/strong>The Quality and Performance Evaluation Division conducts evaluative studies on some urgent educational and scientific aspects in the college and presents successful solutions to the dean of the college with the research results and activities of the division and submits development proposals that enhance the integrity of all evaluative files.<\/li>\n
    3. Sending evaluation files: The<\/strong>\u00a0Quality and Performance Evaluation Division sends the completed evaluation files and returns them to the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Department\/University Presidency.\u00a0
      \n<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Circulating evaluation files : <\/strong>Distributing the evaluation files received from the university presidency\/Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance (the evaluation file for university performance, the file for evaluating the performance of senior leaders, the file for evaluating the performance of faculty members, the file for evaluating employee performance, the evaluation of higher education outcomes, and any future evaluation files) to all departments and divisions. And the units in the college follow up on ensuring accurate information is obtained and consolidated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
